Well Revival is a holistic health practice built on one idea: that real healing happens when you treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I work with you one on one, help you make sense of what's going on, and build something around your life specifically, so you stop second guessing everything and start trusting yourself again.

Real healing looks at the full picture, your environment, your lifestyle, your stress, your past, to understand what your body specifically needs to feel its best.

My Approach

I don't just look at your symptoms, I look at what's driving them. Managing how you feel is very different from actually understanding why you feel that way.

Your body, mind, and nervous system are always connected. You can't work on one while ignoring the others and expect lasting change. That's why we look at all of it together.

When it makes sense, functional lab testing can offer a deeper look at what's happening with your gut, hormones, and nutrient levels, so we're not guessing. But labs are a tool, not the whole picture.

Everything we do is built around you specifically, your nutrition, your lifestyle, your nervous system, and the life you're actually living.

 

The goal is never for you to feel dependent on a protocol. It's for you to understand your body so well that you start making confident decisions on your own.

ROOT CAUSE

Whether it's fatigue, anxiety, hormones, or gut issues, we look deeper into what's actually driving it, from inflammation and toxins to stress, trauma, and everything in between.

It's about learning what your body actually responds well to, how to shop smart, read labels, and cut out what's quietly working against you.

  • Your mind believes what you feed it. Nourish it with truth, compassion, and patience.

  • Gratitude matters. So does laughter, joy, and having fun along the way.

  • Wellness isn't just physical. It's emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal.

  • We were designed for vitality, with the ability to heal and renew.

  • Healing takes patience, discipline, and faith. It's rarely a straight path, but it's always worth walking.
