My Story
My story doesn't begin with answers. It begins with the realization that I couldn't keep going the way I was.
I've always been naturally curious and empathetic. I ask tough questions, look for meaning in the chaos, and find beauty in people's stories, the way they see the world and the moments that shape them. Over time, that same curiosity turned inward, and I began to question my own health and the systems we're taught to trust.
My passion for holistic health started years ago. I was buying organic, blending my own herbal teas, and sensing there was more to our bodies than what we were being told. I asked questions doctors couldn't answer and grew frustrated with surface-level fixes that never addressed the why. The more I paid attention, the more I realized how many people around me didn't feel well. We had just accepted it as normal.
Even with that awareness, I found myself living completely out of alignment. On the outside I looked fine, accomplished, holding it all together. But underneath I was stressed, emotionally drained, and deeply unhappy. I was in a career that depleted me, surrounded by environments that didn't support me, chasing a version of success that never felt fulfilling. I masked it well. But stress was slowly breaking my body down.
Then life changed in ways I could never have prepared for. Both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer just a few years apart. That reality shook me to my core and sent me deep into research on holistic health. I knew cancer wasn't just bad luck like we'd been told, and I was determined to understand what truly drives illness. I devoured books, podcasts, and every resource I could find.
What began as trying to help my family turned into a calling that redefined the course of my life.
Around the same time, I began working with functional health practitioners and finally started to understand what was really going on. My gut, hormones, and nervous system were all working against each other, showing up as autoimmune issues, endometriosis, constant fatigue, anxiety, and an exhaustion that felt beyond sleep.
The real shift came when I stopped pushing and started listening. Functional lab testing helped me understand the deeper picture, but it was returning to the basics that laid the foundation. Real food, quality sleep, movement, emotional regulation. And something I had long ignored: my own intuition. I didn't need to do more. I needed to slow down and create a new way of being.
Everything that once broke my heart became part of what revealed my purpose. I walked away from what wasn't serving me and began building a life rooted in simplicity, truth, and wellness. I rewired my mindset, broke free from patterns that were holding me back, and took ownership of what I could control. I immersed myself in functional and holistic health training, learned from some of the most respected voices in the field, and rebuilt my life from the inside out.
Somewhere in that process, Well Revival was born, a reflection of everything I had to unlearn, relearn, and reclaim.
I wanted to feel well.
I didn’t know that I needed a revival to get there.

Today I'm a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, helping people reconnect with their bodies and take back their health.
I believe that when God brings you through something, it's never without purpose. Sometimes it's so you can share your story and remind someone else they're not alone. Other times it's to pass on the wisdom you've gained and leave the world better than you found it.
I've walked through some of my darkest chapters, and while the journey isn't over, I finally feel like myself again. Now I have the privilege of walking with others as they rediscover themselves too.
Outside of my wellness work, you'll find me writing, wandering through farmers markets, getting in a good workout, or dancing around the kitchen while I cook. My faith grounds me and I see life as a lifelong lesson, always learning through books, people, and simply paying attention.
I love a quick-witted joke, even if I'm the only one who thinks it's funny. I've never met a sunrise or sunset I didn't like. Give me fresh air, good music, and time in nature and I'm at peace.
