My Story
My story doesn’t begin with answers, but with the realization that I couldn’t keep going the way I was.

I’ve always been driven by my curious mind and empathetic heart. I ask the tough questions, seek meaning in the chaos, and am naturally drawn to people’s stories: the way they see the world and the experiences that shaped them. That same drive to understand turned inward as I began to reflect on my own health and the systems we’re taught to trust.

My passion for holistic health started years ago. I was buying organic, blending my own herbal teas, and sensing there was more to our bodies than what I was being told. I asked questions doctors couldn’t answer and grew frustrated with surface-level fixes that ignored the “why” behind my symptoms.
The more I paid attention, the more I realized how many people around me didn’t feel well but we’d just accepted it as normal.

Even with that awareness, I found myself living a life that was completely out of alignment. On the outside, I looked fine, accomplished and holding it all together. But underneath, I was heavily stressed, emotionally drained, and profoundly unhappy. I was in a career that depleted me, surrounded by environments that didn’t support me, and chasing a version of success that never felt fulfilling. I masked it well, but stress was slowly breaking my body down.
Life changed in ways I could never have prepared for when both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer just a few years apart. That reality shook me to my core and sent me deep into research on holistic and functional health. I knew cancer wasn’t just “bad luck” like we'd been told and I was determined to understand what truly drives disease. I devoured books, podcasts, and every resource I could find searching for the truth.

What began as helping my family turned into a calling that redefined the course of my life.
At the same time, I began working with functional health practitioners and finally had a clearer picture of what was going on inside my own body. The root causes started to emerge: intestinal permeability (leaky gut), estrogen dominance, and a dysregulated nervous system. These imbalances were driving both autoimmune issues and endometriosis. My hormones were depleted, my brain never rested, and I felt both wired and exhausted at the same time.

I discovered that leaky gut was at the center of it all, the hidden link driving my anxiety, fueling autoimmune symptoms through inflammation and stress, and throwing my hormones out of balance. Meanwhile, my nervous system was locked in survival mode, holding the master key to whether my body could truly heal.

I took every step I could to support my body, but the real shift came when I finally embraced rest, nourishment, and self-compassion. Functional lab testing helped me understand the root causes, but it was returning to the basics of real food, quality sleep, movement, and emotional regulation that laid the foundation for my healing.

I also began reconnecting with something I had long ignored: my own intuition. Learning to trust it again was one of the most transformative parts of the process.

I didn’t need to push harder, I needed to slow down and create a new way of being. When you’re not grounded in your body, it’s easy to stay stuck in patterns that keep you small, unfulfilled, and exhausted. But sometimes, changing even one thing is enough to let the rest begin to fall into place.

Everything that once broke my heart became the pieces that revealed my true purpose. I walked away from what wasn’t serving me and began building a life rooted in simplicity, truth, and wellness.

I changed the way I ate, followed protocols tailored to my body’s needs, rewired my mindset, broke free from toxic patterns, and worked with incredible practitioners. I took ownership of what I could control and released what I couldn’t.

I immersed myself in functional and holistic health training, learned from some of the most respected voices in the field, and rebuilt my life from the inside out. Somewhere in that process, Well Revival was born — a reflection of everything I had to unlearn, relearn, and reclaim.
I wanted to feel well.
I didn’t know that I needed a revival to get there.

Today, I’m a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach on a mission to help as many people as possible reconnect with their bodies and take back their health.
I believe that when God brings you through something, it’s never without purpose. Sometimes it’s so you can share your story and remind someone else they’re not alone. Other times, it’s to pass on the wisdom you’ve gained and leave the world better than you found it.

I’ve walked through some of my darkest chapters, and though the journey isn't over, I finally feel like myself again. Now, I have the privilege of walking with others as they rediscover themselves, too.

Outside of my wellness work, you’ll find me writing, wandering through farmers markets, getting in a good workout, or dancing around the kitchen as I cook up a storm. I see life as a lifelong lesson and I’m always learning through books, people, and simply paying attention. I love a quick-witted joke and honestly think my own are funnier than anyone else does. I’ve never met a sunrise or sunset I didn’t like. Give me fresh air, good music, and time in nature, and I’m at peace.
