ANDREA'S STORY

I wanted to feel well.
I didn't know I needed a
revival to get there.

I’ve always been naturally curious and empathetic. I ask tough questions, look for meaning in the chaos, and find beauty in people’s stories, especially the way they see the world and the moments that shape them. Over time, that same curiosity turned inward, leading me to question my own health and look beyond the systems we’re taught to trust.

My passion for holistic health started years ago. I was buying organic, blending my own herbal teas, and sensing there was more to our bodies than what we were being told. I asked questions doctors couldn’t answer and grew frustrated with surface-level fixes that never addressed the why. The more I paid attention, the more I realized how many people didn’t feel well. We had simply accepted it as normal.

Even with that awareness, I wasn’t listening to what my own body needed. On the outside, I looked accomplished and held everything together. Underneath, I was stressed, emotionally drained, and unhappy. I masked it well, but the way I was living was slowly taking a toll on my body.

Then life changed in ways I could never have prepared for.

Both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer just a few years apart. That reality shook me to my core and led me deeper into holistic health. I wanted to better understand the many factors that influence health and illness, so I immersed myself in books, podcasts, research, and every resource I could find.

What began as trying to help my family became a calling that changed the course of my life.

Around the same time, I began working with functional health practitioners and finally started to understand how the different pieces of my health were connected. I was dealing with gut and hormonal imbalances, nervous system dysregulation, autoimmune issues, endometriosis, constant fatigue, anxiety, and an exhaustion that felt beyond sleep.

The real shift came when I stopped pushing and started listening. Functional lab testing helped me understand the deeper picture, but returning to the basics laid the foundation: real food, quality sleep, movement, and emotional regulation that allowed me to slow down and create a new way of being.

I learned to trust the one thing I had spent years overriding: my own intuition.

The experiences that once broke my heart also opened a new direction in my life. I changed the patterns that were holding me back, took ownership of what I could control, and began building a life rooted in simplicity, truth, and well-being. I immersed myself in functional and holistic health training and rebuilt my life from the inside out.

Somewhere in that process, Well Revival was born as a reflection of everything I had to unlearn, relearn, and reclaim.

Today, I’m a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, helping people reconnect with their bodies and take back their health.

I believe that when God brings you through something, it’s never without purpose. Sometimes it’s so you can share your story and remind someone else they’re not alone. Other times, it’s to pass on the wisdom you’ve gained and leave the world better than you found it.

I’ve lived through chapters that challenged and changed me. My story is still unfolding, but I finally feel like myself again. Now I have the privilege of walking alongside others as they rediscover themselves too.

BEYOND THE PRACTICE

Outside of my wellness work, you’ll find me writing, exploring somewhere new, wandering through farmers markets, getting in a good workout, or dancing around the kitchen while I cook. My faith grounds me, and I’m always learning through books, people, and simply paying attention.

I love a quick-witted joke, even if I’m the only one who thinks it’s funny. I’ve never met a sunrise or sunset I didn’t like. Give me fresh air, good music, and time in nature, and I’m at peace.
